Reception and hotline
Tenants will be welcomed from Monday to Sunday from 4pm to 8pm at the apartment.
In case of late arrival, a key box with digital code is placed at the entrance of the property.
Tenants will be given contact details for any problems that may arise during their stay.
Supply of bed linen, towels and kitchen linen
Linen is included in the rental price.
Bed and bath linen will be provided for all tenants (bath sheet, bath towels and bath mats, comforter, comforter cover, fitted sheets, pillowcases and pillows).
Kitchen linen will also be provided (hand towels and tea towels).
Welcome basket and essentials kits
On arrival, the tenant will receive a welcome basket containing a few basic food items.
They will also find a basic necessities kit containing basic household products.
Finally, the tenant will be provided with a basic kit for personal hygiene.
High-speed WIFI Internet and terrestrial television
The apartment is equipped with broadband Internet and television.
When the keys are handed over, the tenant will be given a document containing all the information needed to connect to the Internet and watch TV.
Baby kit
The apartment is equipped to welcome small children: cot, high chair, changing mat.
End-of-stay cleaning
The rental price includes end-of-stay cleaning.
Regular maintenance of green spaces and swimming pool
A gardener and a pool specialist are regularly on hand to keep the pool clean and maintain the garden.
Weekly cleaning and change of linen
For all rentals of several consecutive weeks, a weekly housekeeping service is offered (repositioning of beds, cleaning of bathrooms and toilets, removal of garbage cans, cleaning of bedroom and living room floors), as well as a change of linen.
